The Amy Farnell Education Award is a series of renewable awards provided to full-time post-secondary students who reside in Nova Scotia and identify as being on the autism spectrum.

Criteria
In order to be considered eligible for the above award, students must be:
- a resident of Nova Scotia;
- demonstrative or identify as being on the autism spectrum;
- enrolling, or are currently enrolled in any post-secondary institution;
- registered for a course load that qualifies them as a full-time student;
- demonstrative of a higher likelihood to pursue post-secondary education with this extra financial support;
Please note that each award is renewable for the regular duration of the chosen program, to a maximum of four (4) years. To renew, the student must remain enrolled full-time and be in good academic standing (that being, the student meets the requirements for continuation in their program of study)
