The Canadian Council of the Blind Bursary is awarded annually to one or more blind or visually impaired students at Carleton University.

Endowed in 2006 by the Canadian Council of the Blind.

Criteria

Eligible applicants must:

be registered with the Paul Menton Centre (PMC)
be in good academic standing
demonstrate financial need
be Canadian Citizens or permanent residents of Canada (landed immigrant or a protected person)
meet the OSAP Ontario Residency requirements

Fill out Carleton’s Canadian Council for the Blind Bursary application
Submit the application directly to Carleton Awards and Financial Aid at awards@carleton.ca
Must be able to demonstrate through a brief submission how this bursary, if awarded, would assist you in furthering the goals of the Canadian Council of the Blind within the Carleton community
