Awarded annually on the recommendation of the Paul Menton Centre for Students with Disabilities to an outstanding undergraduate student entering or proceeding from one year to another at Carleton University.
Established by CFUW-Ottawa Club at the request of Fran Harding and funded through generous donations from Fran and other CFUW-Ottawa Club members. It is named in honour of Susan Scott Parker, a Canadian, who is an advocate for the rights of disabled persons in the United Kingdom. Revised 2017

Criteria
Student must attend Carleton University and be registered with PMC.
Eligible students will:
- have a permanent disability;
- be registered with the Paul Menton Centre;
- be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- Preference will be given to a female student.
