The William Fraser Bursary for Students with Disabilities is available to undergraduate students at Carleton University who have permanent physical disabilities and are registered with the Paul Menton Centre.

Endowed in 2014 by Joan Gazeley, the William Fraser Bursary for Students with Disabilities is awarded annually on the recommendation of the Director of the Paul Menton Centre.
Criteria
Applicants must:
- attend Carleton University
- be registered with Paul Menton Centre
- be an undergraduate student
- have a permanent physical disability
- demonstrate financial need

- Submit your completed application directly to Carleton Awards and Financial Aid at awards@carleton.ca
- The application includes a financial need assessment section.
