The Mykel Frank-Rothenburger Bursary Fund is available to graduating students in BC School District #58, #73 or #74 or a separate school in these regions, who have experienced ADHD and mental health challenges

The Mykel Frank-Rothenburger Bursary Fund was established in memory of Mykel Frank-Rothenburger by his family to help students with ADHD and mental health challenges continue their post-secondary education.
Criteria
To be eligible, the student must:
- Have ADHD and mental health challenges
- Planning to pursue post secondary education at a College, University, trade school or similar institution
- Reside in the area served by the British Columbia Interior Community Foundation (South Cariboo, Nicola and Thompson area)
- Be graduating from school in School District #58, #73 or #74 or a Separate School in those regions
- The applicant must submit two letters
- One from a professional who can document the challenges the student has faced. Like a teacher, counsellor, doctor or anyone else who has worked closely with the student
- The second letter must be from the applicant and provide a short biography, outline the challenges the student has overcome and give details of their plans for the future
- Submit secondary school transcript/grades
- The applicant must provide details of the program they will be enrolled in and prove they meet the requirements for that program
- Demonstrate financial need. Financial need is not the sole determinant.
